The short version: we collect what a store needs to sell you a shirt and nothing that a surveillance business would recognize as an asset.
What we collect
- Order details. Your name, shipping address, email, and what you bought, so we can print it, ship it, and answer questions about it.
- Payment. Handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's servers. Card numbers never touch ours, and we never see them.
- Email list. Only if you sign up. One-click unsubscribe on every send, and leaving the list deletes you from it.
- Support messages. Kept so the next reply has context.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting personal data, to anyone, for anything.
- No third-party advertising trackers or social pixels on this site.
- No purchase-history profiling beyond what "reprint my last order" requires.
Cookies and storage
Your cart lives in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers. Stripe sets the cookies it needs for fraud prevention during checkout. That's the inventory.
Service providers
We run on Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email), and order data passes to our print partner solely to produce and ship your order. Each receives only what its job requires.
Your rights
Email support@dressleft.com to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. We answer within a week, usually much faster, and deletion requests are honored except where tax law requires keeping an order record.
