If a piece isn't right, return it. Unworn, unwashed items come back free by mail within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How it works
- Email support@dressleft.com with your order reference (it's in your confirmation email) and what you're returning.
- We reply with a prepaid US return label, usually within one business day.
- Drop the package off. Your refund is issued when the carrier scans it, not when it lands back with us, so the money moves days sooner.
Exchanges
Wrong size is the common case, so we keep it simple: we place your replacement order at the front of the print queue as soon as the return label scans, no waiting for the round trip. Say the size you need in your first email.
The honest part
Every garment is made to order, and a return means a printed piece with no owner. We accept that cost gladly over pressuring anyone to keep a shirt that doesn't fit, and we keep it rare with flat measurements on the size guide and straight fit notes on each product page. Reading those before ordering helps everyone.
